"The city of Brookville is open for business. Three years ago, city officials worked to open up land for a commercial park along Interstate 70. While the interest has been there, no comittments have formed. So working with residents, businesses and others, the city developed a new marketing tool with a brochure called "Focus on Brookville." "We opened up a commercial park more than three years ago," said Jeff Sewert, Brookville's assistant city manager. "When you built it, you hope they will come. It has been a slow go out there, so one of the things we thought we needed to do was a little better marketing of the property. 'Focus on Brookville' does just that. The brochure focuses on the community, companies, Realtors, city council, residents and other items the city has to offer." The Brookville Commercial Campus offers more than 240 acres of shovel-ready property and is located adjacent to the interstate. The brochure was unveiled at the November city council meeting. "
